• Reach: the live site lists about 480 new-build projects from 352 developers across 29 cities (Oct 2026).
• Platform: sale, resale and rental marketplaces, a business portal and a staff admin console, in five languages with locale-native URLs.
• Scale: 277 pages, 601 API routes and 390 database migrations, with row-level security on every table.
• Three in-browser studios on one editing core: Floor Plan Studio traces a scanned plan into measured rooms; 3D Buildings Studio stacks storeys on map footprints and places developer 3D models; Site Plan Studio links a site plan to its buildings with a magic-wand tool.
• 3D and immersive views: a 3D buildings viewer whose tap picks the right storey in 99.65% of 81 GPU test runs, and listings that move from photo to 360° to 3D scan in the same room.
• AI inside the product: a search assistant that turns a plain-language brief into validated filters, with a deterministic fallback and no invented listings; drafts for listings, replies and city guides, with editorial review.
• Market data: statistics-office, land-registry and Eurostat data across 167 municipalities, behind price statistics, trends and city guides.
• Design system and quality: a 19-board library and 130+ documented components, held by lint rules and 1,023 visual-regression baselines; 57,423 tests, and 292 SQL security proofs that caught all 53 planted mutants.
• Stack: Next.js, React, TypeScript, Tailwind, Supabase, PostGIS, pgvector, MapLibre GL, three.js, Vercel, Cloudflare.

• Outcome: 500+ users. Repositioned the app as twins-first in v1.0.4 after reading early user data; sign-ups rose from about 2 to about 10 a day.
• Took the app from prototype to the App Store, for iPhone, iPad and Apple Watch, from brand and product design to backend.
• Shaped by real use: Esma Kahvecioglu, my wife, was its first user and daily QA. Living in Serbia as foreigners led to doctor-visit reports in 32 languages, shared by QR code or shown in a large-text mode.
• Shipped in 32 languages, right-to-left included, with 8 Live Activities, 17 widgets and an 11-screen Watch app.
• Built offline-first sync, so a feed started on one phone appears on the partner’s phone at once.
• Stack: Swift, SwiftUI, SwiftData, Supabase edge functions.

• Leading the rebuild from a no-code prototype to a Go, Next.js and SwiftUI platform.
• Set the architecture in a 145-phase plan and 45 decision records: one Go monolith of 38 modules and 556 API operations.
• Kubernetes-native from day one: API, worker and realtime services with CloudNativePG Postgres, NATS JetStream, Redis and Typesense, deployed by Argo CD through pull-based GitOps.
• Designed a double-entry escrow ledger that releases supplier payouts only after the buyer accepts the goods.
• Wired OpenTelemetry into Grafana for traces, metrics and logs, with a privacy filter on all telemetry; cut the visual-regression suite from 68 to under 17 minutes by sharding it.
